The Economy Smart Class includes 1 free baggage allowance of up to 23 kg.
In the Business Class, the free baggage allowance is 69 kg for 3 pieces of baggage.
The maximum dimensions of hand luggage may not exceed 55 cm x 40 cm x 24 cm and a maximum permitted weight of 10 kg. For regional flights, the maximum permitted weight of hand luggage is 7 kg and the dimensions must not exceed 48 cm x 33 cm x 20 cm. In addition, Aer Lingus passengers can have a personal item, such as a camera or a laptop on the plane.
To complete check-in at the airport, passengers must check in at the Aer Lingus counter. Please note that you should be at the airport 1.5 hours before departure for domestic travel and 2 - 3.5 hours before departure for international travel.
Online check-in for European flights is open 30 days before departure. Due to security regulations, online check-in is not available for flights to the USA or Canada.
